Johan: If you remove the last part about losing life I will vote yes (maybe change it so he will lose only one or two life point instead - I would find that acceptable). I can't help but suspect that you put in that last part because you don't want prop 310 to pass and I think that it's questionable wheter you can make a judgement that so obviously benefits you. 09:47, 28 Sep 2005 (CEST)

You make a valid point. There's no way I can clear myself of the suspicion of being biased and partisan in this case... and there is no clear way of telling if the judgement is too harsh or not. Actually, my first thought was to remove less than 20 points, but after thinking some, I thought this was more fitting to the crime... lastly, I don't think I am allowed to change my judgement now that I have made it. That would be inconsistent, since voting has already begun. — Carl 09:55, 28 Sep 2005 (CEST)
Johan: Nobody has voted yet (except for you of course, but the judges' vote dosn't count in judgements, as far as I can tell) so I think you can change it. (Otherwise I can cast a judgement about it). 10:09, 28 Sep 2005 (CEST)
Oki. Makes sense. I compromised and set it to 5 life points — that's not too much and not too little. — Carl 10:14, 28 Sep 2005 (CEST)
