Number systems in different languages

After a discussion with Bjarni, I have come to realise that apart from some constructed languages, the number systems of every spoken language I know of are broken. This page is intended to contain information on the ways in which each language's number system is broken.

Different order than highest-to-lowest

In German, 22 is zwei und zwanzich, directly translated as two and twenty. In older forms of English, we see the same: 666 is six hundred, threescore and six.
