Secret votes

Every vote shall be presented by a private message to the person holding the vote, this can be done by email (although any other private means of messaging works fine to) and for this each player shall at all times provide a fully working email adress that the player can be reached by in the players' table. Should a player at any time fail to do so then his/her proposals are to be considered not fully presented. The person holding votes on a proposed rule change is the proposer of that rule change. The message should contain exactly one of the allowed alternatives of the vote. If several such messages are sent from the same person during the same vote, only the first message shall be considered valid. After the completion of a vote, the person holding the vote shall present the result of the vote, including what each of the voters has chosen in the proposals table.
