Hear ye! Hear ye! All rise for the Judge!

Be seated. We are once again gathered here to take action in an issue regarding the player Carl Mäsak. (that's "regarding" in a wider sense...)

Carl has clearly broken rule 111, more exactly the part:

"the other players may suggest amendments or argue against the proposal before the vote. A reasonable time must be allowed for this debate."

Let's have a look at that one once more. "A reasonable time must be allowed for this debate." Clearly a reasonable time has not been allowed. Carl changed the rule proposition into up for vote directly after he updated the scores. Thus giving no time for discussion after the completion of the judgement allowing him to do so. Furthermore our new player Matt was not given a chance to discuss this new rule at all since he joined the game during the judgement.

To repair these misdeeds I say:

  • Clear the voting table for rule proposal 316 and set the status for the proposal to up for discussion.
  • Allow enough time for at least one comment from Matt regarding rule 316 before going to vote regarding rule 316.

That would be all.

Court dismissed.
