Thought of the day: that changes have become an integral part of society in a way that it wasn't a few decades ago. Also, that these changes will only increase in number, magnitude and scope. Thus, it will become increasingly important to acknowledge and accomodate change in matters of law and public opinion. The idea that things are they way they always have been will work less and less well.
